I went into this store today and walked up to the meat counter around 2PM. There was a woman behind the counter who looked at me and then went into the cooler. She was talking with someone else in the cooler, and this second woman leaned back, saw me, and then continued their conversation. Needless to say, I left without buying anything.. Looking for a new food store!

Jen, the manager of the flower department, is extremely rude and does NOT have good customer service. She clearly does not enjoy her job, and I would strongly recommend to go elsewhere to buy flowers.

This place has everything you need and is open later: groceries, ready-made warm foods and soups, sushi, pharmacy, some cookware, beer, and a large organic foods section. My kids love the fact that they get free Marvel cards with the purchase of at least $25 worth of products. There is also a Tim Hortons inside. In the past, they offered cooking classes upstairs. The rooms can be booked out for culinary events.

This store is replacing its Tim Hortons with a Starbucks. Since it has the highest prices in town, it seems appropriate that it waste floor space selling the most expensive coffee in town.
Zehrs has essentially eliminated baggers on the checkout lanes. Customers are now being asked to bag their own groceries. If we wanted to do that we would be shopping at Walmart where lower prices prevail. What has happened to customer service?

I just wanted to say thank you to Jen and her team in hot deli! (Sushi included!)
I had a 70th birthday for my father yesterday and had ordered all my food platters from Jen. They were SO much more amazing than I actually thought they would be!!! Generous fillings and size! They were assembled neatly and beautifully, which I so appreciate! Everything was amazing! The fruit and veg party platters were enormous!! I was so pleasantly surprised. Same with the Sushi platters!
The chicken with brie on the gourmet platter was the favorite!! All the vegetarian wraps and sandwiches were also very well received. Thank you for being inventive with the veg options.
Jen was also so beyond pleasant to deal with and I enjoyed the personal touch of getting to know her a little bit. In a world of robotic interactions, it was a nice to get someone's human side. Have a wonderful mother's day off!
It's a great price for so much food vs. elsewhere I was quoted. Would highly recommend Jen and this location for your party food needs!

Terrible overpriced, gimmicky discounts, half empty building (people, lunch time on a Saturday), overstaffed, decaying unsold food. (Copy and paste from another review). Produce looks the same as any other store I've gone too. Nothing special here.
If you're shopping here for convenience you need to find a way to widen your circle of convenience to save some cash.
Pros: lots of open space for you to wander freely.

Security at the door, plexiglass barriers around the entrance/exit. This place gives me bad vibes… Other than that it’s your typical Zehrs experience.
