Very transparent and respectable business. I ordered online from them, and there was a small discrepancy between the stock photos and the actual product. They called me and sent photos of the guitar itself to confirm if I wanted to follow through with the order. Even had a great chat on the phone. These guys really know what they're doing, and clearly care a great deal about their customers.

I just finished purchasing a number of guitar effects pedals and a high-end acoustic guitar from Oxbow Audio Lab. These are my first, but not last, purchases from Petro. The transactions went well, no pressure! I felt respected and treated fairly throughout. In addition Petro became a 'consultant' to me in the process, sharing his knowledge and insights. I learned in the process. It was much more than a sale. I would recommend this store for gear, and will not hesitate to do repeat business here. Many thanks, Petro.

Highly recommend stopping in and checking out the store. Petro is highly knowledgeable, puts no pressure on, and makes shopping there a great experience. Lots of unique pieces, and a chill environment to enjoy them. Stop in, play some guitars, chat, and have a good time!

Whoa, hidden gem. Not the biggest showroom, but probably the one with the most character, and well considered stock which included a range of boutique and lesser seen instruments, without the typical four string filler. As a bass player there were about 5x more double-takes than the average shop. Go out of your way for this one. Also, tried my first Dingwall here - came for the multiscale, stayed for the mandolin frets.

I purchased online a bass guitar on July the 5th and had the chance to speak to Petro, the store's manager, which is a very pleasant and affable man. The experience was quite rewarding and the purchase process very easy.

I made my first online guitar purchase, and I'm happy to say that Petro from Oxbow was the most professional, curtious and helpful person. He made the entire experience comfortable and safe. The service he provided was above any 5 star rating i can give. I would recommend his store 100%.The guitar I ordered arrived within 24 hours, which is amazing considering he shopped from east coast to west.It was double boxed and very well packed.Honestly I can not say enough good things about the store and Petro. Excellent service from s very nice guy.

If you want anything music-related, talk to Petro. He helped me source a flight case even though I wasn’t going to buy it off of him. Immensely friendly and helpful. Will be making all my gear purchases at Oxbow from now on.

Great selection and service. Petro has setup three of my guitars and I've been very happy with the quality of work. He replaced the nut and setup my Epiphone Les Paul and now it plays like a Gibson. Highly recommended.

I purchased a set of Seymour Duncan pick ups here for my 90's Yamaha SG. I have had several dealings with Oxbow Audio Labs and all of them have been very positive. The owner is pleasant to speak with, kind, knowledgeable, experienced and gives great advice. Prices have been great for anything I've purchased, trade-in values are fair as well.
