The woman who took my prescription registered me with the manufacturer's support program for a free sample of a VERY expensive prescription I would otherwise not have been able to pay for! The pharmacist was very thorough with explaining my new prescription to me & warned of exceeding the frequency/duration. The wait time was minimal, there's lots of parking, very pleased with my visit & highly recommend! It was an experience rarely provided anymore these days! Thanks to both of you!!”

We have needed custom and standard formulations at different times for my small children, a baby and toddler, and the care and professionalism here is unmatched. They have helped me most recently during a stressful waiting period with communication issues between the hospital’s emergency department and our local pharmacy (we live out of town.) Kiro took initiative, calling and faxing both locations, ensuring we had everything we needed, including OHIP coverage for the 17u program. In addition, every North London Medical associate that I have spoken with on the phone is pleasant, extremely professional and helpful, offering solutions and taking the time to explain details. It is comforting to know there is a place to go with competent professionals who are so good at what they do, and who will take your medical needs seriously. Unfortunately that is rare these days, but you will rest assured when dealing with this location.”

“I have been dealing with this pharmacy for about 12 years getting all me and my family's prescriptions. I appreciate the fact they are an independent store, as the customer service is much more personalized that Shopper's or Rexall, the big chains. The front store is also a well-kept, well stocked store with a wide range of products. Frankly, I find the big chains such as Shopper's usually unhelpful and discourteous, and poorly solution oriented to specific patient needs. However, the excellent pharmacists and staff at this CDS location are extremely helpful, knowledgeable and responsive to one's needs. Being in the medical profession myself, I understand how important servicing and managing patients can be, and the CDS pharmacy insures that they provide the best customer service and assistance to each and every customer/patient they have. I would highly recommend CDS Pharmacy in North London.”
