Jim, the salesman was excellent. Courteous, kind, funny, patient.He explained everything very well. How and what was going happen. The processes for getting our tax needs looked after. If he ever wants to change jobs, I'd be happy to hire him. Thank you RS2000 for your excellent service.

Words can't adequately describe my CRA experience, but IF the phrase ' all around the mulberry bush ' comes to mind, multiply that by 10 !! The merry-go-round has been anything but merry but after Speaking with Jeffery at RS2000Tax inc, he got the confusion solved and explained some of the eccentric procedures of the CRA playbook which is cast in stone and are not easily explained OR understood ! Thank-you for many years of service during my working years. Looking forward to retirement years & working on new recipes!
