The Muddy Moose Restaurant and Inn is a highly recommended stop in the Kirkland Lake area. The food is excellent, amazing, and delicious, with huge portions for a fantastic price. Menu highlights include the Philly cheese wrap, a massive small poutine, great big two hands burgers, and the bacon cheeseburger. The Italian wedding soup is absolutely delicious. The staff is amazing, very friendly, and always busy, providing great service and hospitality. It is a popular, homey place perfect for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. The kids love the moose. It is a number one place for families and guests to enjoy a nice meal out in this beautiful little town.

We have been working in Kirkland Lake and everyone told us to go to the Muddy Moose restaurant. Always listen to the locals. We had a great meal, and our server was so nice. Thank you for dinner, we will be back.

What a great little gem in Larder Lake. The food is wonderful with huge portions, you'll need a doggie bag for sure. I had the special corned beef melt with fries. Omg did i get a lot. Ladies serving were lovely.
