He called Lexus dealership right away and was able to confirm on the spot that he could get parts the next day! Super helpful and knowledgeable, for the job done in 3 days and even touched up some of my old scratches at no cost! Kept me informed about the progress of the repair, salvaged old parts that he took off of my vehicle and returned it to me! Even offered to arrange for rental vehicle for me if I needed it!
