What an awful experience today and other times we have had with the staff here. Your employees are rude, didn’t know we couldn’t walk in with a backpack and the customer service person screamed at us. HR your Caucasian staff is also very racist, you should teach them how to treat different ethnicities.

Cashier's are always friendly but good luck getting anyone to help you find or buy something behind the many locked cases. Waste a lot of time waiting and asking repeatedly.

easy to use machine that tells you which isle is the item you want, but the service wasnt the greatest.. the manager enforced i went to a cashier having a breakdown and it was just pure awkwardness..

It's saturday night and I got a huge screw in my tire. I drove from commber to your store which was closed.But your website says the store is open. I live in Toronto on my way to Cincinnati.And now I have to take a chance and drive with the screw in my tire. Thanks a lot for updating your hours.It was 1/2 hour spent on the road going nowhere.

I got new tires from here had them put them on and give my car an alignment was a huge mistake they told me they where haveing issues aligning one of my tires and where not sure i took my car to Dwayne's auto here in town and they found that my ball joint was gone and thats why the alignment didnt want to work the first time they dont do proper inspections on your car at all in my opinion buy the tires but get help eles where

How about you get someone in parts that know what they are doing? And not just sell whatever
This is twice now I had to go back to get proper bulbs for my vechile, even after we questioned it he said oh yes. That's what you need
Who the hell is paying for my gas to keep going back there.
Obviously I will now.go to another Canadian tire maybe they will have better knowledge of what I need
