He is great at solving problems quickly and does everything with outstanding quality. The service is described as going far out of the way to make sure the job is done right. Joe was amazing. I will literally never go to anyone else for computer repairs or custom builds again. He told me exactly what was wrong, referred me to how to get it fixed, helped me pull all my files off the old computer, and overall was fantastic. Highly recommend.
