The associate at Mark's was both polite and friendly. He helped locate the steel toe shoes I required for work. I must have tried on four pairs. He was patient and told me to take my time and go ahead and walk around in them.

Staff could stare a little less, and not follow around as much. Decided to not buy anything. I'll stay buying with my hometown essex store.
