We recently visited our Leamington Rogers store to update our phones. The customer service we received was absolutely and amazingly exceptional. All our questions were answered in a manerly and professional way. They made sure that plan fit our needs. We left extremely pleased with service, plan and offers. The staff in Leamington is excellent.

I went in with my phone my phone not working. The customer care representatives took their time trouble shooting with me and were very patient. They helped me get a great deal on a new phone and I’m extremely happy with my experience, thanks to Ryan and Lekan.

I got a new phone through Fido and I was having trouble get things switched over From my old phone. so I went to the Rogers And Fido store in leamington. The people that work in that store are the bestFor customer service I have ever seen. Ryan helped me, and he was just awesome. Lakeon ( forgive me I don't know how to spell your name) was great with other customers, and Andrew was great looking after customers and assisting Ryan and Lakeon. The manager, I don't remember her name. She was just as awesome helping , I never had customer service Like this in my life. I had to go back to the store because there were some things I couldn't get to work on my phone because I'm old. Ryan was more than willing to help get things done on my phone. If there were more stars, these people would have ten stars. I was losing's faith with Fido just because of the problem I had buying the phones on line, the gentleman at support that finally help me buy the two phones was awesome.I called Customer service again and the lady I talked to misguided me she didn't know the answer I asked and instead of saying she didn't know she told me something that wasn't true. A person doesn't have to know everything but they should admit it. More training on support needed. But the people in this store have proven to me that it is the employees that make or break a companyI'm very happy with fido right now, and I'll never go to any other Rodgers or Fido store other than leamington. I just I can't thank these people Enough, can't believe the Customer service I received, team worknothing but team at this store,these people at this store really deserve a raise and a bigger christmas bonus they are giving your company a very good name.

Leamington Branch is one of the best Rogers service establishments. I was out from town with a difference area code # (to keep my same area code and number) and a transfer from another wireless provider. Kaylee Schmitt and the team much appreciated! They made all services very convenient and back with a better network that was much more useful! Thank you Leamington Rogers!

Very knowledgeable and efficient, I had the pleasure of the entire staff in the Leamington branch with Kaylee, Andrew, Ryan and Leland. Got me and my husbands phone switched over from my disappointing previous provider I n no time. Questions all answered, and the best recommendations for what services would best suit our needs. They all get a 5 star rating from us for exceptional customer service!

Kaylee Schmitt at Leamington’s Rogers Store rocks the Rogers Nation!
