very unfortunate there was two very, very helpful ladies, but everybody else was either grumpy or completely useless, and I ended up leaving without the item that I went to purchase because they basically just walked away from me and never came back after telling me they were going to look for it.

I bought LED Lights when I got home I noticed 1 box had a different light inside, that didn't work, and I was not able to return it,the manager wouldn't believe me.

Terrible customer service ever assuming you can even find a staff member. Paying at the checkout was even worse. If no stars were an option I would have given that .

Every single time I call to ask for the contractors desk or the building supplies desk no one answers and always goes to voice mail. When there in person no one is around to help.

I’ve never seen so many employees not workingNo one would help me and all I had was an order of lumber to pickup.after 45 minutes of no one helping me and 50 people in line with only one cashier. Eventually the yard employee Kayvon escorted me in the store and got me sorted out. In a store with so many employees doing absolutely nothing this man was however exceedingly helpful
