Good morning, yesterday I went to the Staples store in Leamington, Ontario, and I want to say that they have excellent service. Mr. Oz Garcia served me; he is an excellent employee and very attentive at all times.

I had a really bad experience at this Staples. The lady at the counter didn’t say anything rude, but her tone and attitude clearly showed she didn’t want to deal with us. It ruined my mood and made my day bad. People come to shop, not to be treated like they don’t belong.

I love coming to staples it always nice to walk in and check out the new supplies and gadgets they have to offer. They make things easy especially when you need to print things off if you don’t have a printer.

I was pleasantly surprised today when I went for help with my new computer. A gentleman by the name of Sagar helped me with some problems I was experiencing. He was fantastic! Not only did he solve my computer problems; he did it in a very relaxed and calming manner. I felt completely at ease by the time I left the store. Thank you Sagar.

Went to the Staples to order new business cards for my hobby woodworking business, I designed the cards my self as I was told that Staples no longer offers this service. I stood in the store and emailed a copy of my card to the store clerk at the address she requested. She then processed the order advising that it would be 20 minutes or so 'till they were ready. We went to do some other shopping returning to the store about a hour later.
The cards were completed as promised but, they were very poorly cut to size. The border was not uniform around the card. What really bothered me though was the fact that I was charged a $2.99 SO Service & Handling Fee on top of the $31.99 cost for 250 cards. Staples, please tell me what this fee is for as my purchase was completed 100% in your store.

Will never ship from here ever again, was charged almost $600 for air but even worst didn’t fill in the correct information and now my package was not delivered and dealing with the worst customer experience ever!
