if there was a zero star option I would have clicked that. Very rude service, I don’t think I’ve ever felt more self conscious of my body until this experience because of they way they spoke about my body, on top of the fact that out of the dresses I pulled to try on, they removed the pricier ones and only gave me the cheap ones - prejudging what they thought I could afford or not?! Overall hated this experience.

EXTREMELY HORRIBLE experience here. If I could zero star I would. Came in today to get my younger sister’s prom dress. Two women were no help just yelled in our direction that prom dresses were where we already were looking. No one came to ask us if we wanted help. Went to look further in the store and they told us those weren’t for us and prom dresses were up front. I replied with we are just taking a look, and was met with attitude and basically told to look at the ones in the front, because the area I was looking is was “old lady dresses”. It costs you nothing for me to glance at the dresses nor do you know my sister’s style, and they were by no means “old lady dresses” We were ignored and when they paid us any mind we were sent to one rack of dresses out of the whole store with such attitude and impoliteness. We spent about 5 minutes in the store total, after we went to look at other racks and were told not to look there.

I wish there was a no star option. horrible customer service. ladies were no help. i pulled 5 dresses from the rack and when i went to try them on she gave me the cheapest ones and continued to put the rest on the rack because they were “too expensive” for me. me and my friends went in there to look at dresses because we heard they are great but this place was horrible. never again will i go here.

WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.My daughter and here friends were in there trying on dresses and the staff was not helpful at all. My daughter had 3 dresses picked out and the staff put them away on her. Telling my daughter they we’re to expensive for her. Rude and ignorant toward girls looking for Prom dresses. Guess buying local does not work. Going to Michigan now.

This place doesn’t even deserve a single star. Very rude customer service, we made an appointment and had it with the owner. Half of the dresses we picked out she put back because they weren’t our sizes. She didn’t even let us try them on, absolutely rude. She then proceeded to grab dresses too big and were unflattering without asking if you liked it first before you tried it on. If you’re not under a size 6, they won’t like you and WILL fat shame you. The lady also ditched us to help another customer when we had an appointment and they didn’t. It was as if we weren’t good enough for her time. I will never recommend this place to anyone. Also, just an fyi they do not order sizes for you. Its whatever is on the rack which we weren’t told until she started putting dresses back.

We have a very happy young lady. The service was awesome. Went in with one dress in mind but that dress didn’t work out. So with the help of the staff we found the perfect dress.

The lady who was working told me I don’t have the body for half the dresses I picked out, told me I am too flat chested to wear most of them, and practically pushed my mom and I out of the store. Horrible experience.

The lady working practically pushed my mom and I out of the store, told me I don't have the body for half the dresses I wanted to try on, and that I was too flat chested. Complained to us the whole time she had a migrane and didn't help us until we asked her, even though we were the only people in the store. We asked about alterations that SHE suggested and was rude and not helpful at all.
