This place needs to be investigated internally.
Half the packages are not delivered because they purposely don’t attempt to deliver them as in they never even make It into to the truck. They sneak onto your property to notify you missed the delivery because there is no actual packages to be delivered and no door bell will be rang because they don’t want to get caught in there scam.
They’re a physical mail service to notify you your package is at this post office. They’re in no way a mail service aside from delivering envelopes.
I know this because I had a family member next to the door specifically to not miss the package who never heard a door ball ring or a knock.
Then when the app said it was delivered I drove there as quick as possible to confirm my suspensions and beat the driven on his route and surely enough my computer is sitting there with zero attempt to ever deliver after saying it’s my fault I didn’t receive the package.
The people who work there are absolutely not fit for customer service and will go as far as even blaming you for their mistakes.
Not only that, the store has been closed early over three time when arriving with factors of over an hour..

All ways friendly, help full, doing there job like everybody else, and they are guide to serve and do there best... If someone doesn't like how Canada Post serving, before throwing the stone , look at themselves before leaving from home...

Why does this post office have such miserable and rude people working here who are clearly annoyed and unhappy with their job. There are PLENTY of people that need a job and would LOVE to have a government job. The older guy that was there at 4:30 near closing time needs an attitude adjustment and better training in dealing with customers. He scanned my packages so fast that I thought he double scanned one of them so I asked him if he missed this package. Simple question right? He looked so annoyed and counted off that he scanned 5 items on the receipt. I KNOW he scanned 5 items but it looked like he scanned one of them twice. If you’re that easily annoyed by a simple question then get a job where you’re not dealing with people ?♀️

Absolutely ridiculous hours for a post office where you HAVE to go to the desk to get a package. Staff always seem shocked and annoyed that you have an item for pick up. At least get the self serve lock boxes, as most people in this day and age work more than a 9-5, unlike government employees. We either need to leave work early or wait til Saturday to pick up parcels. My favorite day was when they "had a hard day" and tried to close at 4:30pm. and they were dead serious. It wouldn't be hard to do better, Canada Post.

Terrible hours, locked door after hours, too much junk mail and they’ve removed the recycling bins. A prime example of the current state of our government, useless.

Useless post office. Never getting my parcel, and when trying to call them, they ask to call another day, and so on, lost already more then $200.00 with them. Planing to change the address to my friends house when ordering something

Ya good luck getting a parcel delivered to you! Use another method if possible! Have had issues all the time when it comes to receiving parcels!!! Clueless workers ..very frustrating..I might even go so far as saying theft is occurring here...no other explanation of such a horrible delivery method.

Appalling customer service. The manager of the post office was condescending and was not helpful at all. After my encounter with the manager, I spoke to a representative from the Canada Post Head Office and let them know about the poor service that was being offered in this location, which they agreed about.Would've been fine if they knew how to speak to people properly but I don't take to that tone well!
