Very pleased with the work done by Embrun Concrete. The quality is exactly up to my expectations and all the workers were friendly and courteous while working on the property. I have and will continue to recommend this company.

Embrun Concrete poured the concrete for our entire new home in late summer of 2018. 3 months after they poured the concrete our porch cracked. Millions of cracks. Not just little cracks. Cracks that went all around our wrap around porch. We panicked. Called the company. After at many voicemails and many emails they finally called us back. Told us to wait the winter out and they would check it out in the spring. March 2019 rolled around and we started calling and emails again looking for them to at least check this out. Again a million voicemails and emails.. finally the owner (Dave) came to check it out. This was not spring.. but August 2019. It took him this long to check out an issue. A year after it had been poured! He was a bit caught of guard. His reply was "I have never seen anything like this" when he seen the porch. No kidding! Took a video and once again told us to wait it out see what happens after the winter! Winter of 2019 came and went. We organized a meeting with our contractor and Embrun concrete onsite March 2020. Once again nothing resolved. Said he'd talk with the concrete mix company and get back to us. No returned call.. So we left messages and sent emails.. Now the owner is telling us cracks are "normal". Our porch on our new home is not normal! If I could attach a pic to this review i would. Even he thought it was not normal 1 year ago. It's only now normal because this company does not stand by their work! If they did, they would have not ran from us. They would have tried to help us resolve this issue! Highly unrecommended company!
