“Always excellent!! Staff is always friendly and helpful. Great sales. Good selection of products. I missed out on an amazing deal on a patio set during their tent sale that I wanted. But that isn't their fault.”
“Very helpful staff. Always have a great display of products, and if something has to be ordered, it usually does not take too much time. I get a call when merchandise arrives. I purchased a number of Christmas gifts there this past season and will do so again
Good sale prices”
“I had an outstanding experience at Joel and the Rona Store in Embrun! Joel and the entire Rona staff went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, with Joel even staying after hours to help us find the perfect items. The team’s dedication to customer service is truly impressive, and they made our shopping experience so much easier and more enjoyable. The store is well-stocked, clean, and organized, and the staff's expertise was invaluable. I highly recommend this Rona location for anyone in need of great service and quality products. Thank you, Joel and the staff, for your exceptional help!”

“I ordered a pantry door from Portes Express Doors (PED), after about 6 weeks and no estimated time of delivery I called PED and ended up receiving the door a week later. The door is magnificent, and the prep work done by "PED" is perfect. I understand that delays do happen but better communication from "PED" would have been appreciated, in fact this would have been a 5 star review otherwise.”
