“Five stars isn’t enough — easily the best service experience I’ve ever had. I’ll be a customer for life and recommend them to everyone. I cannot say enough good things about Brian and Ray. After multiple places wouldn’t even look at my vehicle because of thier remote starter, I called Action just to ask for advice — and they went completely above and beyond. Brian took the call, and their tech Ray literally drove out to my house (I live 30 minutes out of town) to try to help. When it turned out the issue wasn’t their device, they didn’t pass the buck — they got the car started, drove it to a nearby repair shop, picked it up once fixed, brought it back, and re-enabled the remote starter. Every step of the way it was “no problem, we’ve got you.” Zero frustration, just genuine help and positivity. I've had them add remote starters to 4 vehicles, hitches, etc and I've never once had an issue. 10/5!”

“Brought my 2010 in for recall service with low expectations. It took a few days longer than I liked but my expectations were exceeded. They did 2 recalls, one for airbag {takata) and the other the ABS brake flush. They never tried to upsell me and did a good job on my car. I wish they would call to update more, but it is easy enough to call them, they don't hesitate to answer calls. In the end I am very happy.”
