“Brought my 2010 in for recall service with low expectations. It took a few days longer than I liked but my expectations were exceeded. They did 2 recalls, one for airbag {takata) and the other the ABS brake flush. They never tried to upsell me and did a good job on my car. I wish they would call to update more, but it is easy enough to call them, they don't hesitate to answer calls. In the end I am very happy.”
“I stumbled in on a rainy Saturday afternoon, close to closing, with an emergency. (I am not a customer nor was I driving a Ford. ?) My front passenger window glass had suddenly fallen into the door frame. Shawn took my car in right away, managed to get the window closed and safe again, even topped up my tire for me, all very quickly too!
