“I have banked here for 15 years, I have 8 products with Scotiabank. I have not had a problem online, over the phone, or in the bank. It’s unfortunate that people do. People need to understand the difference between bank protocols, policies, and processes at the corporate level vs the branch level. At this branch CSR’s are friendly, keeps clean inside, Branch manager has always stepped in to help if needed and keep that personal touch, and it’s a small town so people will recognize you! Even with the differences in opinions it’s unfair to rate a local branch based off your experience with their corporate office unless the two are directly correlated. I’ve never had a problem at any level”
