“When a couple of overenthusiastic dogs turned my Jeep Rubicon into an unexpected canvas, I suddenly found myself needing a rental. As luck would have it, Enterprise didn't have a Rubicon available that first day, so they set me up with another vehicle to get me on my way.

By the very next day, they had tracked down a Rubicon for me and called to say I could come swap vehicles. They didn't have to do that, but they knew how much it meant to me, and that extra effort didn't go unnoticed.

Matthew and the entire team were friendly, professional, and genuinely cared about making a frustrating situation a little easier. Great customer service isn't just about handing over keys. It's about listening, following through, and going the extra mile.
