I recently joined Carbon Heights during their friends and family week in January. Honestly, I wasn’t feeling too sure about the weight lifting and weird movements. I was intimidated by it all! Having not done any form of exercise of the kind.Over the last couple of months I have gained an understanding of Crossfit and what makes Carbon Heights the great community that it is. From the knowledgable and encouraging coaches to my fellow crossfitters that make it the welcoming community that it is with it’s own traditions. I truly appreciate that all members have their own level of skill, strength, flexibility and vary in age (in years and at heart). To me this reflects the inclusiveness of the gym and their mission to challenge and empower all. If you are thinking of trying out Crossfit, looking to gain some strength, learning new skills in a supportive environment look no further! I am certainly looking forward to learning more about their wild traditions and hitting some more PRs.

Joining Carbon Heights was a life changing experience for me. Carbon heights provided me with the motivation and support I was missing from my previous exercise regime! The coaches are amazing - each one takes the time to support each member, and push you to be your best self. I have grown so much physically and mentally. I could never go back to another type of gym! I also love the community, they truly become your family ???

Carbon Heights is hands down the best CrossFit gym in the area! The coaches go above and beyond to ensure all their members feel welcomed and are engaged during every workout. I started here at a time in my life where I was barely active and had less than ideal nutrition habits - but I learned quickly that anyone can start at this gym, no matter their fitness level. There is such a strong community of members that makes you feel motivated and comfortable every time you walk in the door and push you to do your best.

As a lifelong lover of sports, a back, neck and foot injury had me completely discouraged in terms of my fitness and even performing daily tasks. Cross fit has allowed me to gain back strength and coordination. Kansas and her team know how to adapt every activity to accommodate injuries, allowing me to push myself hard in a safe manner. It is a long road back for me but I am truly grateful for the help and support from the Carbon Heights staff as well as other member!

This is by far the best workout environment I've ever experienced. I feel like part of a community which keeps me engaged and motivated to keep pushing forward with my fitness goals. All workouts can be scaled to an individual's limits.

This place is awesome! Growing up as an athletic kid, I always thrived when I had a solid coach. I was missing that as an adult. The coaches at Carbon Heights gave me the tools I needed to get my health back on track. They know their stuff, push you and keep you in check and accountable. They are accommodating to all levels and abilities. You will never feel in over your head. They have also created the most welcoming community I have ever been a part of. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming. The community atmosphere is so supportive no matter what your fitness background is. The facility is pristine. It’s a safe and clean environment. They offer a variety of class times throughout the day, 6 days a week. I’ve never had a problem signing up for a class. If you’re in the Lindsay area and are interested in Crossfit, come check it out. You will not regret it!

Kansas and Clay work with you and your current abilities to push you too move forward confidently and correctly. Even in a large class setting you get individual attention based on your needs. By far the best fitness facility I've ever been to. It's clean, professional and feels very individualized to meet the needs of all members. Whether you are a beginner or more advanced athlete, there is a place for you here. The coaching makes sense with the programming and there is a entry point for everyone. Not only an amazing workout, but has a incredible community base. I highly recommend coming in to try a class.
