Have to give a big shout out to Patty and also the owner Tj! I had such a hard time getting my Uhaul picked up with the mobile pick up on Friday morning - which was no issue with the Esso uhaul but with the American customer service at Uhaul. Patty let me wait inside while I was on the phone for over an hour with customer service trying to get sorted out. She was kind and made me feel more at ease. She texted Tj to see if he could help me from home and kept me updated on his tips. Tj was able to bypass the complication and ended up being able to help me over the phone to get my uhaul going so I could do my move. He was so kind and generous and fixed everything. Tj was also able to help me when I returned my uhaul the next day when Uhaul messed up my rental again. I can’t thank the two of them enough for their help and will definitely miss being able to go to this Esso now that I’ve moved away from Lindsay. Would reccomend the customer service at Kwick Stop Esso to anyone!!

I always fill up at this Esso gas station because they consistently have the cheapest gas in town. But what really sets them apart is their incredible customer service. The team there is seriously top-notch - they're always so welcoming and friendly, making me feel like a valued customer every time I stop by. It's a breath of fresh air to be greeted with such warmth and positivity, and it really makes my day.

NEVER RETURNING TO THIS CAR WASH! "Pure Greed" has influenced the owner of this facility to discontinue the $10 car wash and increase the price 30% overnight for the same wash.Canada has been taken over by people that were discovered to be unethical in other countries. Not all Canadians are as gullible as these greedy people anticipate. BOYCOTT THIS CAR WASH UNTIL CLOSED!
