Hats off to Natasha in Vintages! Natasha was so helpful in tracking down specific wine for me, communicated with me when she had more information and made sure she organized it for me before she went on holidays. Thanks for being such a wonderful person, Natasha! We are all enjoying the orange wine!

I had a minor issue with a bottle I had purchased at another store some distance away. I called and was speaking with Nicole, and she told me to come in and she would help me out. Well, it sure was a pleasure to deal with such a down to earth, patient, professional, and understanding lady as Nicole. She took great care in helping me and kept assuring me I was no trouble. If you read this, Nicole, you're a VERY kind lady, and this location is lucky to have you. Keep up the great work!!

Well I have been using the LCBO for 33 years now and will continue to support them for all my alcohol purchases because they have the best selection and prices. They are also conveniently located. Corner and grocery stores may sell alcohol but let's face it, it's not priced less and we are all paying more for alcohol and beer than we should.

Nicely laid out store with a cooler section. Someone bailed a bottle of red wine off the cash and they had it cleaned up in record time.
