“I am an official Midtown Mattress superfan. Went in there for the first time in June 2023, looking for a mattress. The sales staff were courteous, responsive, knowledgeable and respectful. They took the time to listen to my needs, in order to direct me to potential product options that would be suitable. They provided competent advice and quick service. When my mattress arrived (the next day!) I was concerned about some mildewy odours. I called back to discuss, and the owner (Jean?) reassured me that they would fix the problem immediately, and a new mattress arrived the day after my call with her.
