We just purchased a couch and chair set from here and the service was above and beyond. The young lady took the time time answer all our questions and provided additional information to us. It seems very rare these days to have top tier customer service but we were very very impressed! She also organized the seamless delivery of our furniture. The delivery guys were also great, very quick and efficient ! We will be buying here again !

Received my new couch yesterday, so happy with it! Delivery was smooth, ordered it and received earlier than expected in 2 weeks. Communication was good, friendly staff, highly recommend!

I am an official Midtown Mattress superfan. Went in there for the first time in June 2023, looking for a mattress. The sales staff were courteous, responsive, knowledgeable and respectful. They took the time to listen to my needs, in order to direct me to potential product options that would be suitable. They provided competent advice and quick service. When my mattress arrived (the next day!) I was concerned about some mildewy odours. I called back to discuss, and the owner (Jean?) reassured me that they would fix the problem immediately, and a new mattress arrived the day after my call with her. Absolutely first class service (and the mattress is very comfortable too). Thank you all for making this a very positive experience.

Bought a very nice mattress there. The 2 ladies were very helpful and knowledgeable about the product. Got a good price. The 2 delivery guys were also nice and professional and neat and were in and out quickly. I would recommend going there to look at mattresses and they have some very nice leather furniture also. I would go there again.

I love this store!! The women in the store are always smiling and extremely helpful. Customer service like no where else! Every time I go in there is always something new to see. They are now carrying Ashley Furniture and Palliser. Part of me wishes I was ready for new living room furniture. I have outfitted my bedroom and sitting area completely from here. The quality of the furniture is exceptional. I highly recommend Midtown Mattress and Home Furnishings for every room in your house. I find something new and amazing every time I enter the store.
