Fantastic staff, and much fairer prices than the new big box thrift stores that seem to destroy your wallet on stuff they get for free. Always something new and lots to see. Clean store, excellent value, amazing, friendly staff.

On February 8th 2024 my daughter was at the mission where we take our donations. While she was there she witnessed a homeless man ask for a blanket. He was referred to see the ladies in the back, the ladies in the back then told him that they did not have a blanket for him. He just said okay was very nice to my daughter and her little baby and. Now my daughter bought a blanket and found him and gave him the blanket. She wanted to know what was Wrong with our world that a homeless man could not get a blanket from a thrift store that runs off donations. I myself would also like to know I will be contacting the mission and I will be asking that question. What I won't be doing is taking my donations there.

Absolutely overpriced and everything has anti theft tags through the fabric rather than carefully placed to not cause damage (our item had two AND the price tag). I found the staff to be rude and bossy. The Restore has lovely and kind staff and does not charge tax.

A good array of products from clothing to furniture. Small kitchen appliances, dishes to jewelry. The staff is always cheerful and helpful. Prices are good too.

Store is very clean and organized but the pricing is absolutely outrageous. Thrift shops are known for being a place to help those in need who can not always afford retail prices. This store is more expensive than retail shops, and it’s used merchandise.I overheard a lady telling her daughter to put back the clothing she had picked cause she could only afford to get her one thing that day. Very sad, if prices were more reasonable she could have got her more variety.

Hit and miss I guess. But prices are getting outrageous... and why's there tax? Thrift shops are supposed to be tax free... I mean for the things you get for free it's a little upsetting to see such high prices.$125.00 for a pair of used rebook shoes and $100 for a USED Michael kors purse that was cracking and peeling. Really? ??♀️ why does the brand name and how cute it is matter so much? Every pretty top was marked up much higher than the rest. Every jacket i looked at was marked up. The one coat I looked at was $150.00. For a USED coat. I just about gasped when I saw a set of dishes for $350.00. A regular set of dishes, about 8 dinner plates, a couple saucers with the cups. $350.00. You got it for free?! Come on! Thrift stores are for people who cannot afford to buy brand new! The greed is disgusting!

This store is so clean and looks like a high end boutique. Congratulations to management for keeping your crystal sparkling clean and the contents of your location clean and ironed. Truly an asset to Lindsay and surrounding areas.Maybe by the other reviews, mission has taken heed and cleaned up their act because when I went I didn’t experience any of what I have read. The staff was friendly and the place clean and I don’t know, I bought a leather skirt for $16.99 so I can’t complain about price.

Why come to work if you are surly?

Wouldn't even entertain the idea of a return or exchange on a shirt.

Good selection but prices are not second hand prices, they might even be higher then retail for some items. Luckily what I got was in the 50% marked down section but if you're looking for affordable this is not the place to go. Giving 2 stars because staff was very helpful when I went

Inspect anything you plan to purchase carefully. I bought a 2 bowl set that the store had placed tape to hold the set together hiding a chip that makes this wasted money.

Extremely over priced and items sit for long periods of time making turn over slow.

This was our favourite place to go drive out to but the prices are absolutely ridiculous now, the staff went from super friendly to actually nasty, and even as you walk around everyone else is saying the same thing !!! Used yarn says original price .50 on yarn and their price 8.99 come on. Used spring dresses 50.00. Old busted up pictures 49.00 and 39.00. Value village has better ripoff prices. The cashier also has an anger issues and extremely rude. What happened to this place as l mentioned it used to be fun and great values?? And from your reviews everyone has the same complaints but nothing is done “shame” go across the road to winners brand new is cheaper and friendlier l would give 0 stars if able to
