Queen's square pharmacy is amazing I recommend switching the staff really generally care about all their customers. Prescriptions are filled fairly quickly and they're always very polite and friendly.

I switched to this pharmacy from a larger chain and love the service and warmth I receive. They greet you by name and there is never a lobg wait for a prescription. They are very knowledgeable as well. Would highly recommend.

I have been with Queen's Square Pharmacy since they opened on Russell Street. Alpesh, Beejal and Shreyash have been looking after all my needs and I highly recommend using them. They are a family run business and are always friendly and they make sure to get to know you. All of their staff are awesome as well. Give them a try, you won't be disappointed.

Friendly, empathetic staff who are helpful and knowledgeable. No matter how busy they are, they will take the time to answer any questions you may have. The pharmacists really know their patients and are always ready to help. It's a welcoming place, and I highly recommend it for all your pharmacy needs.

If you’re looking for a new pharmacy (or even if you’re not), you should go with Queens Square hands down. The staff greet you by name as soon as you walk in the door, they do the legwork for you to get prescription refills from your doctor, and you will NEVER have to wait an unreasonable length of time for your prescription to be filled. More importantly, the staff are always warm, informative and non-judgemental. Queens Square Pharmacy will forever have my loyalty.

We, my husband, and I want to share our experience for the last year with switching to this small but very professional pharmacy, the staff & family members at Queens Pharmacy are very good, always greeting us with smiles and very knowledgeable on every question, always willing to help with prescriptions, refills, etc.

Best pharmacy, hands down. They remember your name, they do the work to look into your refills, they get it ready faster than anyone, and you aren’t lining a corporation’s pockets. This will be your final place for your prescriptions, I guarantee you.

Changed pharmacies from them. Changed from shoppers to them a couple years ago and they weren't giving me 3 packs of birth control at once like EVERY other pharmacy does. They are more into money than anything. Make me come in monthly for it so they gain more money selling them to me separately. They also lied and said i didnt have anymore refills on it and I did. My doctor refilled them for me there last month. Went right to my doctor office and they gave me the printed prescription and off I went to another pharmacy. (I GOT 3 PACKS AT ONCE THERE TOO;) )Also harassed my mom off 3 different numbers (queen number , private and alpesh personal number) when she switched with me. Even came to her door because she switched pharmacies. Alpesh spent all afternoon harassing her and then after he went to her door when he was closed. And the wife did. Not professional. Crazy is the word. In the photo/video (screenshots taken of video) you can see the wife tried the door handle also... like what is going on in their minds?

The best pharmacy in town! The staff know you by name and treat you well. They are knowledgeable and communicate efficiently. They do not lie or hide prices. My family loves this pharmacy and their team members. I hope they stay this personable forever.
