Thank you to those that work in the health care industry HOWEVER what on earth is going on with their system for prescriptions. I went in twice after the clinic sent the script out, made sure the clinic had the right fax information, husband called the literal day the pharmacy filled the prescription and was told they had nothing... It's disheartening the attitude as when I finally got my antibiotics it was 10 days after prescribed... The medication came with no information no labels. I had to ask the pharmacist if there was anything to taking it WHICH there absolutely was...
Healthcare is important and dangerous in what can only be described as disinterested employees. Please care, your service can make all the difference in someone's life and prevent undue harm.
Be careful with this pharmacy. I have never experienced this kind of service and it's alarming.

Worst experience ever. Took 3 days and another medical visit to get a corrected prescription that they failed to fill correctly. Spent hrs of time on this while feeling very ill. Pharmacy denied any responsibility. Don't recommend them.

Horrible customer service. Prescription was totally messed up. Pharmacist assumed knowledge and supplied low dose. Lies and excuses from desk3 days later still waiting for correction to urgent requisitionHave to see on line dr to get proper dosage. All morning wait at clinic.

My daughter has been sitting here since 2 it 5. Put up a sign saying they’re going for lunch half an hour later my daughter and my mother come back asked them what they’re doing. The sign still updating never went for lunch. Took her lunch around 230. I got here at four she was still on lunch. Rude young thing at reception.

Writing this for my grandma as she told me when she got home she was almost in tears from her experience at the Rexall, she’s in a wheelchair and went in to get a couple things she needed and the people who worked there were rude and unhelpful towards her when She asked for help.

Pharmacy is extremely slow filling prescriptions even if you call in beforehand.. its happened every single time, not just a few. Don't bother using them find a better Pharmacy

I think they finally got a new pharmacist, he is very helpful and patience answering all my questions, had a really great experience. I think the pharmacist name is nick. Will recommend my family and friends to pick up their med here!

I just had the most uncomfortable shopping experience of my life. I was followed around by a random lady worker the entire time I was in the store as if I was stealing. When I crouched down to look at a product, the lady ran over and looked down into my purse. What an incredibly creepy and awful experience. I have been coming here for years, but I won't anymore. Don't shop here unless you want to be treated like a criminal

absolutely terrible service regarding the " medical clinic " if that's what you'd like to call it....... save yourself 4 hours and just go to the hospital since no doctors want to work anymore.

One of the worst services I have experienced, and wondering why some people go with in the health industry when they clearly don't care about people.Went there last Tuesday to get a COVID and/or flu shot.They had a big sign about the flu there pharmacy at the counter.4 ladies chatting inside while me and other 3 customers were waiting. After a while one of them decided to do some work and walked to the pick up counter.I asked if they had COVID and flu shots.She said that they didn't have the COVID shot, period. so I asked about the flu shot if I could take that one instead. (I was about to go on a travel so I wanted to be better protected). And she said "we are not giving the flu shot" with literally the sign "flu shot here", above her head, I asked about it and she just repeated "we are not giving the flu shot here". This type of people is a disgrace to health industry.

I went in to use the walk in clinic. It's a joke. The wait times are on par with the hospital. We're talking hours.... I had to leave or I'd starve to death waiting. No seats either, you just loiter in the aisles.Don't go here!
