The staff at Staples here at the Lindsay Mall are very appeasing and kind. (Honestly, I'm poor at recalling names)With the mobility scooter parked, the sales clerk quickly showed me the model laptop I was at Staples to see! (One left!!)A smooth experience and comfortable atmosphere, indeed!

The Staples Canada Store in Lindsay Ontario located on Kent St, near Food Basics in Lindsay, Ontario, is one of the best places to go purchase items for businesses, personal needs, or anything for that matter. The sales rep in Electronics who deals with phones and laptops went above and beyond for me to walk out of the store the same day with a phone, Ryan the sales rep plus bill his supervisor I'm assuming worked through breaks for a total of 1.5 hrs plus still helped other customers while trying to go above and beyond for me to purchase a phone. Which a week later I still have and was able to leave this review. Thank-you Staples Canada in Lindsay, Ontario and the Sales Rep for the hardwork that day. Will be returning customer for sure and will highly recommend your store to others. Thanks again

Bill (Billy) helped me with what I needed.He was great with wonderful people skills. Knew what I wanted and knew exactly where it was...super.If I could grade him it would be AAA++++++++Had a really good experience shopping. The only person that really helped me.I would recommend this store!

Had a wonderful experience at the Staples Store in Lindsay Ontario today, was shopping with my 84 year old Mother for an Apple product, we were looked after by a very nice representative, Mehul he was very friendly, helpful and knowledgable, to took time to explain to her the benefits of the products and suggested what would be the best products for her needs. She happily made her purchase and felt confident in all the information she received from him. We would definitely recommend this store in future. Mehul is a wonderful asset to the company he works for.Thank you.

Stood at business desk for 20 minutes ...1 person managing the whole desk I have to waite while he helps someone print there pictures then he helps another person fill out some forms . I have no problem with this then he walks up and starts helping a person who just walked up to the desk......this is my third attempt at getting buisness cards made they really could use some more help

Sam and danise were absolutely wonderful with helping me with the return Process of returning a package I have never really done it before and the they were very patient and understanding and showed amazing levels of compassion for my confusion in trying to learn something new they were exceptional
