Chad and his staff are fantastic! Very friendly. Quite knowledgeable.
Chad charged me less than I was quoted, and they did a quick and amazing job! Fair prices, quick work, no upselling on things I don't need.
I mentioned another small issue with my car (that I wasn't there for), and they took the time to look at that issue and to tell me what the problem was.
I'll definitely be back real soon for that repair!

A great shop to bring your car or car(s) to! Chad and Charlie were very knowledgeable, friendly and honest. Found me a great deal for the parts I needed. And went above and beyond to help. Will forsure be back. Thanks again for helping with my Mini Cooper!!

Today I called 6 automotive places, but all were too busy installing winter tires to fix my flat tire.However, when I called Victoria County Import Auto, Chad said to come by and he would fix it. Although all his bays were occupied; he was on the ground and in less then 10 minutes he had it repaired and had the air in it. For a very reasonable price at that!Chad is a very nice gentleman. I was very appreciative and impressed with him and his service.It sure proved to me; that there are still people out there who are willing to help you and not think of the might dollar.Lucie from across the River

They must have had a very bad day! I stopped in on Monday AM this past week , explained my minor electrical problem to the Lady on duty at the office desk. She made an appointment for me to bring the car in on Wednesday @ 10 AM for them to look at. As we were leaving the house @ 9:45 Wednesday to make the appointment we received a call in our driveway that the boss said they had a similar problem with another car like ours and they had to tell the owner to take the car to the Mercedes Dealer because they could not solve the problem!! Really Weird!!
