This is my second time having repairs done at DG's and the experience was as good or even better than the first! The service manager Jess went above and beyond what I expected and kept me updated through every step from diagnostics to cost estimates, and no work was performed without my prior knowledge and consent! The tech that worked on my vehicle worked diligently to get me back on the the road! He and Jess were in constant contact and they kept me updated and made sure my truck was as safe as the day it left the dealership! This experience was a breath of fresh air for me! I will definitely will be returning here for my next repairs! I highly recommend these folks and their high quality service!

Highly recommend DG's Pro tech. Had our Duramax in (Preventative maintenance obviously since its GMC so it wasn't broken down) and the entire team was amazing! the owner even drove to pick up a part that wasn't in stock so we could get it complete and go on with our day. Their system is very organized and communicated very well with their customers which is very important and made the process that much more enjoyable. We will only be going to DG's pro tech from now on for great service, communication and for the knowledge Kyle the tech had which is very rare to come by these days. Highly recommend, 5 stars.

Amazing Team! Even though I wasn’t a customer, they took the time to test drive my car right away to check out my concern. They advised the car should NOT be driven. Thank you team for caring about my safety Your spa had my car back on the road and driving like a dream in no time!!!! Professional, caring. I will definitely be back. Thank you !

Very friendly staff, mechanics go the extra mile on helping their customers, communicate clearly and the best part, is that they don't upsell as they are people too and understand costs.

I used dg protech to do a substantial amount of work to my truck. From start to finish I was extremely happy with my experience. Dusty and the entire DG team are absolutely stellar at what they do. I'll definitely be using them for all my future mechanical needs. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

DG's recently performed an alignment on my Mercedes E400. Their alignment equipment and knowledge were top-notch. The alignment results and nature of adjustments were explained well. Very pleased with the service and value, would highly recommend.

Fantastic ! The quotes are written out so clear and upfront. For those things that I didn't quite get, Dusty called and explained everything. The video's on the website are so informative. I only new the names of the brake parts, to see what is what when they are looking at them to determine the wear is just great ! Thank you to all the hard working mechanics and to Jess who answered all my pesky emails !

One amazing crew of people they are very knowledgeable an make sure you understand before moving on their work is honest an they also will make you aware of things that could be changed or will need in the future so you have a peace of mind on some things, dusty an jason are very good people an great to work with I fully recommend them for any work you need done. They did great work on my 2016 ram 2500.

Staff are super knowledgeable and passionate about what they do. Honest and trustworthy staff that truly seem to care about the customer and their experience. They explain in detail about the problem with the vehicle and what they did to fix it. I have finally found a trustworthy business I can trust my truck with and highly recommend them to anyone that is looking.

I’m new to Listowel and was looking for a car repair place. DG’s was recommended. They were friendly, professional and the cost was less than I would have paid in the city! They even dropped me back home and dropped off the car when the job was done! I’m very impressed!
