It is like Huidsons went on a holiday and forgot to leave an adult in charge. The Service crew has zero respect for this Customer's vehicle which was evidenced by the damages and subsequent lies and behaviour mimicking a toddler. They did (poorly) replace the running boards they crushed however no mention of the mag rim damage. Burnt out running lights, improper tire pressures, rim damage and busted up factory running boards - All part of the Service at Larry Hudson Chevrolet Buick GMC

Andrew is sales is a waste of time and doesn’t know anything about cars whatsoever. If you’re trying to buy a car find someone else to deal with. I got offered 42k on a trade in from another Chevrolet dealership on my 2017 corvette as a trade in on a c8. He makes a ridiculous offer of 27k 😂 same as a Honda civic. I would have paid cash for the car but with his lack of experience and stupid offers I bought another one. Complete waste of my time.

Trent was absolutely amazing on our new vehicle search. We ended up going with something larger but he was by far the best auto sales man we came across. Thank you.

Purchased a used vehicle from Larry Hudson Chevrolet, and am very dissatisfied to say the least. Vehicle needed new brake pads and rotors to pass safety, and I have now come to find out after having issues several months down the road that aftermarket parts were used. The vehicle I purchased was a used kia, and Larry Hudson also owns the Kia dealership in town. Rather than use factory Kia parts from their own dealership, they used aftermarket. Spoke to the Manager who said that they use aftermarket parts on used cars to save money, and what did I want him to do. I would expect better from a large GM Dealership. Be warned if you buy a used vehicle from Larry Hudson, and they had to do any work. You are probably getting aftermarket parts.
After posting this review I was contacted by the General Manager of the dealership. He said that after speaking with his Kia Dealership they confirmed a possible problem with aftermarket brake pads. He then said they would make it right and they did. I visited the service department, and had brand new Kia factory brake pads installed free of charge. Everyone there was so friendly, and I was even given a vehicle by the service manager so I could grab some lunch while waiting. Every business is entitled to make mistakes, but it's how they handle those mistakes. I can say unequivocally that this dealership understands customer service, and treating customers the right way. I would not hesitate to recommend this dealership to anyone reading this, and will happily tell this story to friends and family. Thank you again Eric and your team for a great overall experience.

Had the pleasure today of speaking to Corbyn here at Larry Hudson. If I could recommend that anyone who is lookin for a truthful, straight forward kind of guy to work with in this very excited, confusing, and relatively annoying process of buying a vehicle? This guy was painless. He was absolutely amazing, and even though we didn’t end up making a deal happen today I’d be hard pressed to pass up a future opportunity to work with him. Thanks a lot man!

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING. Went there last minute with no appointment, I was from of town and really needed help, they fixed all my problems same day and quickly. Very friendly staff. I was able to get home safely. Thank you again you guys really came through

I have dealt with Larry Hudson on multiple occasions and they are by far the best GM dealer out there. Sales manager Tom and salesperson Corbyn were professional, honest and accommodating; the buying process here is fully transparent, their prices are way more competitive than GTA dealers and I would highly recommend them if you are looking for a GM vehicle.
