I purchased my last vehicle in Kitchener, and true to Ford, Listowel Ford took me on for service, etc. I recently leased a 2024 Edge and I was amazed at the level of service and the ease of completing the transaction.
I joke with people that I went in for an oil change, paid slightly more and got a free new vehicle.
Sales and Service has been excellent.
I wanted to update this a year later. I have a Maintenance plan as part of my lease, and it has been well worth it. Premium service, OEM parts and convenience for me.
I am quite happy with my 2024 Edge and if Ford changes their mind and reinstates the brand, I will lease another!

Terrible dealership overall, first I try to buy a truck which is a base model XLT , the cheapest xlt u can get, they try to sell it to me for $86k , so u don't, than I buy from a different dealer, ok now I need parts , I tell them the exact info they need and the give me the wrong stuff, when I come to return it they say oh u gotta come next week,

I have always been happy with my service at Listowel Ford. It is easy to book an appointment, service is prompt, well explained, delivered as promised and everyone is very friendly. I love the follow up to your service appointment before and after. Never experienced any issue with the service performed.

Zsolt Racz was absolutely amazing all throught the process and even helped me with the insurance claim and settlement. I could not hqve asked for a better Finance manager. He gave me the best deal possible and everyone else in the Litowel Ford location are amazing!!! I highly recommend this location! It’s always a process buying a car whether you’re spending $8000 or $80000, then imagine buying one over the phone in a city over an hour away. Well I did just that with the help of Matt Cody at Listowel Ford. I can’t say enough about his knowledge and willingness to send pictures and answer my million and one questions.
I’ll definitely go back there again!
