The parts department manager was very helpful over the phone and in person. He knew exactly what I was saying with the parts I needed, so he was very knowledgeable. Very friendly also. He goes above and beyond for customer service.

I called for a service I came in today at 10 clock his name is Sean he has given the best customer service I ever seen in my life I was surprised the way they treated me with respect and explained everything and booked me a ride for my hair appointment it’s was best experience I had on Acura west thank you ?

Went in to ask about a used car they had on their lot for a friend of mine who's learning English. Steph was extremely helpful, patient, kind, honest, and understanding. I didn't feel like I was being swindled and I felt like I could trust her. We didn't end up buying this time, but I know I would feel comfortable purchasing a vehicle here.

The best vehicle dealership I have ever dealt with, and that includes BMW, Porsche, Mercedes, Land Rover, and many others. Kudos to Acura and Honda, Steph and Paul plus all staff I have met, excellent.

Best customer service I've had at a dealership. Drew Nutting with sales helped us by answering all my questions (and I had a lot of them), Sean Brown, service manager, helped out with my planned maintenance and getting my MDX ready to tow 5,000 lbs. We are always greeted with smiling faces.

I’ve been going here since I got my Acura in 2018. Always a pleasure to deal with Acura West. The whole team, from the front people, sales, to the back of house at parts and service, every one works together to get things done, is very accommodating and personable. New to Southwest Ontario we drove up to London Acura for a safety recall on our ILX. Appointment date was pretty quick turn araound from time of call. Extremely friendly and polite staff all around at the dealership especially as first time visitors. Kept us updated well during the process and gave the car a quick wash on completion. During the recall they pointed out some minor and major issues outside of the recall that would be cheaper to do as they had certain components off the vehicle. Happy to say even though we declined some and accepted some, majority of items outlined were required per our mechanic who we visited shortly after with all the clearly documented items. Happy to say it wasn't the case of a dealership pushing service items, rather legit maintainance and repair. Only reason not to do the work is we could obtain parts at cost and the shop rate and costs amounted to a savings of roughly $700 even though it meant a 3hr hike back to the GTA. That unfortunately is a big discrepancy in cost hard to overlook. A shame as we would rather get the work done locally at more competitive pricing.
