Worst customer service from retail. I've worked in retail at this same mall. It's ridiculous how I had no help when I came in there wanting to buy heels for a wedding. 3 workers and one of them being the manager were more focused on having casual conversations amongst one another than to help me or better yet even acknowledge I was there with a hello. Why even work here if you don't actually do the work? Or better yet customer service job if you cant even get the basic of customer service. Wouldn't recommend shopping here to save you the trouble and disrespect for just being a customer in their shop.

Worst customer experience in store at Masonville, sales person not able to provide accurate information about the product , I am looking for, came home and found the same product online. I believe because of the poor service they will go down soon again.

The tall,skinny manager was extremely rude to me. She gave awful service, I will not be going back to ALDO @ Masonville Mall when she is working.

Sept 29 I visited this location to return my shoes. I went to the main counter first without even greeting me the lady send me to other side of the store said returns are accepted there. Another lady who was assisting me started the process and she wanted to check my debit card number where or not I am the owner of the card. I showed her and she said you need to have a physical card, although I had the same last 4 digits same on my apple pay. Unfortunately I didn’t had a physical card so she refuse to return the money. I would have no problem getting the physical card but she was extremely rude about it. She said ‘’ Are you going to be here when the fraud department comes and ask me questions, said I am working here for 18 years and this is how we deal with returns and all. Worst customer service ever, she should learn some manners and learn how to give a customer service. I am very disappointed, I really love Aldo brand so I shop with them, but after seeing this I am never going to shop fromThem.

The lady working at the Aldo store is the worst customer service I’ve ever received in my LIFE!!!! I’m not sure if she is being racist with Indians or wat but no smile, no greetings to customers and when I was abt to check out for the 3 bags I selected going to a total of $250, she told me and my friends that please don’t mess the shelves, put back everything where it was.. I mean wats the point of her working there if she just wants to sit and get paid for doing nothing and on top of that, she started arguing with me and my friends and didn’t even apologize. Despite all that disrespect,I still ended up buying all those bags even though we were not treated well at all.She was even fighting with the other staff in front of us and other customers. The staff member with the name “Nicholas” I think ,although, was good and helpful. Worst customer experience ever!!

The lady who works at the Aldo store is the worst. She won’t listen to the point your making. She is extremely rude. Never saw anyone talking this rudely. It was one of the worst shopping experiences. I was forced to place an order online and didn’t price match with the Aldo online store itself.

I literally waited it for 10 minutes at the store to get help from associate I was walking walking around no one never say hello never try to help me out. We were eye contacted, there were three people came after me, they helped out. I am very disappointed with their customer service.

Absolutely appalled by Kahna. What a disgrace she is to people in customer service. Looks like the reviews on here go back pretty far about her and yet noting comes of it. You should be ashamed of how this woman represents your company, absolute trash.

Customer service customer service customer service… must be improved…Went to store multiple times as this is the only store for ALDO in the area every time same experience either ignored or not good behaviour…2 star just for products but pls improve human interactions…

Called the store today to ask if they could tell me what heels they had in my size that’s available in store but was directed to go to the website. Usually that would be fine but unfortunately I need a pair to perform tonight and the website does not have a way to filter shoes available in store meaning I’d have to select a shoe one by one and select a store over and over again. I explained due to my time crunch I thought this would be easier. The lady then responded by asking me repeatedly if I was “Darrelle” and I told her 3/4 times that it was not but she then responded saying that because she’s the only one in the store she does not have time for this and hung up.

Went to Masonville store on May 9th, ask for a size 9 sandals to try on and was too small, ask the lady for the next size, try them on and they were not comfortable, politely ask the lady pointing another style if she had those on my size, she rudely looked at me from a 3 meter distance and in front of everyone said “ I am not going to give you every single sandals on the store for you to try on.”She said she was the store manager, I felt embarrassed and had the worst customer service experience in my whole life. Immediately I call the customer service phone number and someone was supposed to contact me regarding my complaint and nobody have called me. This lady doesn’t have a single customer service skill. Never going back to this store in my life and I am spreading my terrible in-store experience everywhere.

Went to the store and found a pair of shoes I liked but didn't have my size so they ordered me a pair and said they would ship it to my house. When I received my package they only sent one shoe! This was in December and I still haven't received my refund. The worst customer service. No explanation or apology and no answer as to when I will get my refund.
