Parts are not reliable, and the customer service is even worse. I nearly got into an accident at Highbury and Dundas because the strut I purchased from Andy’s Auto Wreckers in July completely failed after only six months. Meanwhile, the strut I bought from another wrecking yard down the road has been working perfectly for over a year. When the coil snapped, it also destroyed my Michelin tire and cost me another $300 for diagnosis and replacement.
I understand used parts come with risks, and if the customer service had been even slightly empathetic, I probably would’ve accepted the situation and moved on. Instead, I was met with rudeness, attitude, and condescending tones over the phone. When I went to pick up the replacement part, I was told it would take another 24–48 hours — even though it originally took them only 15–20 minutes to pull the same part. The excuse made no sense, but I hoped they’d follow through.
Update: The replacement part they gave me was completely wrong, which cost me additional money for the mechanic to diagnose. They had no correct replacement available, yet I was told one would be ordered for the following week. No one called or reached out with updates. When I called myself, I learned nothing had been ordered. More wasted time, money, and frustration.
A refund doesn’t even begin to cover the losses I’ve taken because of their unreliable parts and lack of accountability. I’ve already filed a complaint with the BBB. I am extremely disappointed and would not recommend this shop to anyone.

Terrible service, I don't recommend going to that place. They threw my cell phone at me on the counter. The person serving was super rude. The part I ordered wasn't the right one. I went to file a complaint, but they didn't give me all my money back. Horrible, terrible. Don't waste your time or money.
