“Justin did a fantastic job making sure we found the mattress we wanted. He made sure to ask if we were back/side/stomach sleepers and gave recommendations accordingly.
Also while we were trying to decide on a mattress 2 kids came in being highly inappropriate and Justin dealt with them patiently and with kindness. Justin also helped us find a bed frame we wanted. Highly impressed with his service.”
“Was not within the time period mentioned. Mentioned delivery will be between 11:15 am to 2:15 pm. They delivered at 3:15 pm. Did not unpack the sofa, so have to make a run to the garbage depot. Other than that they were friendly and delivered the sofa to the spot I needed it in my living room and left it vertical and told me that it would be easier to unpack like this.”
“We have used another Chimney Sweep service provider for over 20 years. We just had Elmira come for our yearly cleaning of our fireplace. We couldn't have been more impressed. “The customer service we received today from the owner was beyond outstanding. Six months ago we purchased a Miele canister vacuum, but soon discovered that the angle of the handle really bothered my mom’s hands and arm. On a whim, I contacted McCardy via email to ask if they’d consider a trade. I was informed that returns normally have to be made within 30 days but perhaps an exception could be made. The owner asked for photos which we sent and after a review not only did he allow us to trade the vacuum for something different, he gave us back the full purchase price. This type of customer service is rarely found these days. I can’t say enough good things about this company. Would recommend this company to anyone without hesitation.”

“Arooj Baig sold us a fridge yesterday and the shopping experience was one of the most positive purchasing experience I have had in a very long time. She was friendly, patient,
knowledgeable and went above and beyond to help me select my new appliance. I had planned on doing my due diligence and shop around at other stores but after going in and meeting arooj, I didn’t waste my time. She listened to my families needs and my fridge preferences and helped me select a few fridges and then discussed with me the pros and cons of each one. Arooj made it simple and hassle-free. I had explained that our fridge died the weekend before school started and we were getting by on a mini fridge and freezer and it was getting really difficult, she listened when I said I was really only available on Tuesdays for the fridge delivery. When it turned out that deliveries to my area occur only on Wednesdays, she went and spoke with management and arranged for our delivery to come in 3 days, on the Tuesday! I was expecting to wait a week or two and have to take a day off work.
Arooj has great energy and isn’t high pressure sales; she listened to my budget and stayed UNDER it.
Needless to say this is my new go-to store for appliances.”

“I purchased my 85-inch Sony TV from Visions today, and I couldn’t be more impressed with their service. Unlike other stores, Visions tests the TV before you leave, and I’m so grateful they did. The first unit had a defect, but they quickly brought me a replacement.
This service is truly invaluable. Had I bought the TV elsewhere, I might have been stuck with a damaged product.
