I’m so happy right now! Big shout out to ROB for being a generous man that took actions immediately.
A little over a year ago if I remember correctly, I have bought two Accent chairs. Overtime, I faced some issues. I had no hope in getting any help, but I said it is worth a try to contact the store.
I got a hold of Rob and he went out and beyond Expectation! He was so nice and asked to pick up the chairs and have them fixed and returned.
He solved my problem Immediately without any questions. He was able to get my invoice on record and proceeded.
I couldn’t be more thankful for the customer service they have offered.
Austin and Taylor is known for great quality and on the higher end of prices. But, you get what you pay for! It’s enough you get amazing customer service and they own up to any issues you may face with your furniture.

Nobody better in the business. The quality is unmatched. Our kids use our furniture as trampolines while the furniture stands the test of time. Thank you Rob and Brian for the great customer service as well!

We have had a great experience dealing with Linda - first assisting us with purchasing a couple pieces from out of town before moving to London, and again after arriving in town.
Everyone we’ve dealt with at A&T has been responsive to questions and concerns, and has gone above and beyond to make purchasing the right furniture for our space a great experience.
Will certainly be back and would recommend.

We are new to the area and ventured into Austin & Taylor Home Furnishings to assist us in transitioning our builder beige condo into a warm and inviting cocoon that is welcoming, as well as purposeful. Our sales associate, Cathy, was impeccable with her ability and insight into my design aesthetic. Together we worked to find a cohesive pallet which will create the environment we are looking for. The quality, selection, and uniqueness of some of the pieces makes this store distinguished among others in the London area.

Austin & Taylor Home Furnishings is a good he best furniture store in the area. It is the only service based furniture. Lori our Design Consultant is very good at helping make your choices easy and seamless. Their movers are exceptional. Best movers we ever had deliver furniture. They are respectful of your home and make it look easy. I having been purchasing from Austin & Taylor for years and would not deal with any other furniture store.
