This company repaired my bumper and fixed on old scratch on the trunck and cleaned my car. I actually almost cried with happiness to see my little car all polished up and sparkling! “Had a subwoofer install in my truck here a few weeks ago. This shop was incredibly professional, explaining every piece of the process and what they planned to do to install everything. I was asked lots of questions about what I listened to, what level of bass i wanted, etc and they helped me choose the best product for my budget. They got me in very quickly for the install and had the job done faster than estimated too.
The install is excellently done. The product they suggested met my needs perfectly and ive been very satisfied with everything start to finish..

I had a fantastic experience with Car Quest recently, and I can’t recommend them enough! I needed a replacement battery and some other parts for my car, and from the moment I walked in, the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful.
They took the time to listen to my concerns and helped me find exactly what I needed without trying to upsell me on anything unnecessary. What stood out the most was their knowledge and professionalism—they clearly know their stuff and genuinely care about helping their customers.
Not only did they provide the parts I needed, but one of the staff members also walked me through the installation process and gave me some extra maintenance tips. They went above and beyond, which is rare to find these days.

“Was introduced to this parts supplier by my brother-in-law. It is bright, clean, and has a decent web store to go along with the physical store. I am not a hard-core automotive guy, but I was very pleased with the quality of the brake pads and rotors that I bought here, and the price was good. I trust the parts that I got here more than I would trust no-name or uncommon brands that you would find on other web-only retailers. The only annoying part is the construction on Dundas Street, but that isn't their fault, and thus won't impact my 5-star rating... I am sure they are probably even more annoyed than I am.”

Found one online at Corey's, identical model, year and colour code, yay!
They wouldn't take VISA over the phone (due to bad past $$ experience), so requested I send an e-transfer.
Well, as you know, there is no recourse with an e-transfer, so I was skeptical.
Steve, realizing this, took time to reassure me by texting photos of the mirror, boxed and labeled, ready to go!
It was the easiest transition, saving me time and gas, from making the drive to London and back.
