Does not carry formula. Arguably one of if not THE most important baby product necessary for sustaining life. The first employee I asked at customer service didn't even know that, and had to call for help.My gift card remains unused and I remain unamused. BABYS R US... has no FOOD for babies. Why?

Brutal customer service. As a first time mom I don’t know much about products but I know more than they do and that’s pretty sad. Needed assistance with a travel system. The two employees helping me couldn’t figure out how to detach the car seat from the stroller for over 40 mins. I went to snuggle bugs the next day and they showed me in a split second how to detach the two products. It’s also impossible trying to find help. Nobody is on the floor at babies r us in the evenings when most people who work from 9-5 shop. Very strange. Big box store energy for sure. Nobody knows what they’re doing. Their just kids working for minimum wage with zero practical experience.

We needed a car seat for our small and awkwardly shaped car, and the car seat expert was very helpful and knowledgeable. We quickly found a seat that would work in our car, and she taught us about how to safely install it.

I was shopping off of a baby registry today and I was having a bit of troubles finding things, but a girl with ginger hair and glasses (her name started with a K) came to my help today and was she amazing! She was very kind and helped me find a great gift off of the registry. Staff was very nice, but I was very impressed with her professionalism and knowledge. Thank you very much for a great shopping experience!

Lower than one star!!!! The service as well as products are terrible. Never have a registry with this company , it has only been a headache for my husband and I as we expect our first child. There is no accountability , follow up , and they make everything so difficult !!! For instance, when you create your registry, most of the pictures of the products don’t appear for your guests to see , the products will say purchased even though they haven’t been purchased so you are without the product and no one else can buy it for you ( even though you thought you would receive it at your baby shower as a gift ). This happened to us and it took countless days, associates, managers that we were tossed around with to try and figure out that in the end many of our items that were checked as purchased were never actually bought. We were promised 15% off our remaining registry items (online and in store) but none of the promotional codes we received have worked and we’ve been told that we have to purchase the items first but again their is no follow up or follow through. Furthermore , we are less than two weeks away from having our baby and as I set up our baby swing that I received from the baby shower, there are two main parts missing. The box was re-taped but I was still hopeful that all the parts would be there but no the store had clearly took the pieces out and resold the product. Again I’m trying to get a hold of someone to help us with this issue but it’s like pulling teeth and we are now without a playard nursery set as well as infant baby swing! This has made things very stressful and difficult for a first time mom and I’m so disgusted with the service and products !!
