Did a quick stop to just receive a rude attitude from the woman. Maybe work on customer service, sounded very arrogant.You clearly confused me with someone else, i never asked for pictures, it shows your poor customer service. I couldn’t hear you because of the glass and asked you a question twice and you said i already told you with full attitude and then I said i bought gold from Toronto and price per gram was cheaper and you said I can go back there and put the rings away from me as if i was done. So yes you deserve this rating.

My mom recommended this place as she’s a returning customer when she bought a full set from them during my brother’s engagement. It is my engagement this time and I am grateful my mom recommended them as they were very helpful. I got a ring for and a full gold set and a ring for my fiancée and I’m very impressed by the professionalism and service my mom and I received.
