Best Buy holds a cherished spot in both my heart and my son's. Their exceptional service and fair prices consistently leave us amazed. Their proficient technicians adeptly addressed our computer concerns. Today ( Around 3:30 pm, on Aug. 8, 2023) a gracious staff member reached out to assist me even before I reached the counter, demonstrating their proactive care. With remarkable skills, they swiftly resolved my computer's issues. I am truly grateful for their excellence and kindness.

Kelly and Austin ( He was the Senior employee or manager?) in mobile services did an amazing job helping us get new phones. Not only were they kind, patient, and knowledgeable they also provided good advice and plan options! It was a very busy afternoon for them with multiple other clients in getting new phones. Great service, great staff! I hope they get the recognition they deserve! :)

I purchased a TV and after having numerous conversations with the online customer service regarding the delivery of my order, I decided to request a refund as they were not able to provide a definite delivery date.I was told on numerous occasions to go to the store for a refund so I went back for my money only to be told I cannot get a refund. Instead, the manager threatened to have me escorted out of the store with her racist remarks and attitude. She was so unprofessional and rude on top of that she was so useless, telling me she’s hourly paid so she doesn’t have an issue repeating herself.. The delivery date was June 13th and she could not provide me no information regarding my order.This is the worst place ever! Worst customer service! This is like a scam! They take your money knowing that they can’t deliver your order and refuse to pay you back!If I could give zero stars, it still wouldn’t suffice how disappointed I am with this purchase! Worst ever experience!

Alemmer is seriously worst agent out there to help you. They both need some teaching that how to talk to customer specially alemmer. She is rude and pathetic tone while talking and think that she is superiority in everything. Doesn’t know how to talk and how to handle with customer service. I should have bought something from elsewhere. I bought macbook pro 16 inch m2 which got discounted rate at staples for $400 and they refuse to price match because it has different model number. I explained them model numbers are depend on time of manufacture and it can change time to time but the product is exactly same with same specifications. Alemmer showed me so rude behaviour and told me return it and get it from staples. Is that customer service is giving from best buy to tell your customer that go get it from somewhere else. Remove your logo from company “LOWER PRICE GUARANTEE”. Do some teaching to ALEMMER so she can know how to talk to people. She was team leader and I questioned that how could she be a team leader where she doesn’t have customer relations in here ethics. WORST WORST WORST . I will definitely come and return your products and never buy from this location and educate people how pathetic service your store has. I asked her to talk to manager she said she is the one. I am sure that there would be someone else there who is more superior than her whom I could’ve talked to who could better assist and explain things nicely.

Bought an Insignia microwave oven plus 3 years geek squad warranty. The microwave started acting up within the first month. Turntable wouldn't work when the microwave was in use. It would turn when the door was OPENED! It would heat food unevenly. It would also shut down after 4 min on high. After 10 minutes It would reset.When I called for warranty service they said I would have to bring it in to the nearest best-buy. That's a 1 hours drive for me. What a pain.I've been using microwave ovens since the 70s. I've never had one go bad before 10 years.I'd give 0 stars if that was an option.

not happy with the service online orders are always delayed. My order was expected to be delivered yesterday...and they have not even created a shipping label for it yet.Update: Its gonna be 3 weeks late and the store manager said you just have to wait WOW DO NIT BUT FROM BEST BUYTHE SOURCE GIVES YOU GIFT CARDS IF THERE IS ANY DELAY AND BEST BUY IS NOT EVEN SORRY FOR THE DELAY NOT ACCEPTABLE THIS IS WHAT MONOPOLY JUST DO BUSINESS HOWEVER THEY WANT

Very well organized electronics shop. Everything you need under one roof. Wide range of computers, laptops, gaming consoles and accessories available affordable price. They always carry good deals. Many varieties of monitors and LED tvs are available.People are friendly and helpful. Enough parking available.

Very Racist store!!!! Don’t come here if you’re a person of colour especially black!!!! My mother and I were followed around the store through each aisle, by an employee pretending to look at items on each shelf! Trying to hide the fact that he was following us. This isn’t the first time it happened! But no one else in the store was being followed!?! Interesting?

Friendly staff but was kinda lied to when I got my PC, I was told that it was a "fast and new PC" but once it broke out of no where I was told I can't get it returned or fixed until next year, I only the PC for one and a half months. Plus the prices for the PC's are not ideal for the trash things you get for it.

Where is my Zero star button Google?Went to buy a phone mount that fits my car because I had a best buy voucher. TLDR: So many staff yet such terrible, terrible customer service (seriously more workers than customers).-1 Star: Walk in, and the door greeter is on their cellphone, didn't even look up. Zoomers...-1 Star: After finding the phone mount, picking one out, and going up to the counter, it rings in at double the listed price from the aisle price. Normally, I walk out on the spot because this is my pet peeve. I stay because of the voucher.-1 Star: Staff shows me the online price using her cellphone with a slight smirk I might add. I refuse to buy it.-1 Star: I tell them they labeled it wrong on the shelf. I'm visibly annoyed at this point. The staff takes me to the aisle to investigate, I can tell she wants to prove me wrong at this point. Turns out the rack was stocked incorrectly and she proceeds to take all the same phone cart mounts off the rack while I'm standing there.-5 stars: She WALKS AWAY without saying a word, no sorry, no help to find a similar product, nothing!My jaw is on the floor and my wife literally tells me to calm down and gives me "the look."I will say this, Best Buy staff member you disrespected me in front of the person I respect the most in this world, she saved your job that day.

Customer service isn't a priority, almost every employee I saw were just talking to each other ignoring customers. I went to buy a laptop and waited for 10 mins in front of it without being approached as an employee and who I am assuming is a manager leaned against a table chatting and on their phones RIGHT beside us. Ended up leaving and going to the other best buy as the employees there are much more helpful which is important when it comes to big purchases.
