An absolutely magical establishment! It is very welcoming as soon as you walk in. You can tell that all of the staff are happy and it reflects in their client interactions. Kasey is a Goddess and always works with me to get a cut/style that works with my style and face shape. Steph is a master when it comes to massage and my partner has only sang her praises.

Kasey was absolutely amazing with my 2 year old daughter when we came in for a haircut. My daughter is quite shy and was a bit nervous at first but Kasey was super welcoming and upbeat, my daughter easily warmed up to her. Our appt started with a little dance party in Kasey's own private room in the salon which I felt gives the salon a unique touch. I have never been to a salon where each stylist/ esthetician has their own room. My daughter didn't want to sit in the chair so Kasey set up a spot for her to sit on the ground and sat right beside her to cut her hair! She was kind, efficient, and did a fantastic job. Thank you Kasey, we will definitely be back!

The salon is super clean, and I love that where you get your hair done is not visible from the street outside, so you have privacy. Jillian made sure to check in every step of the process to ensure that I would be happy with the end result. She took lots of extra steps so my end style would not be difficult to maintain, which I really appreciate. Very happy with the results, I highly recommend this salon and Jillian.

I walked in crying and feeling so awful about myself. I was greeted immediately by one of the kindest souls I have ever met. Lyndze did not judge me and most importantly she listened. She had patience and compassion. She was kind and understanding. She included and educated me in every step of my transformation process. My experience at Bombshell was extraordinary. Kat responded immediately to my request for an appointment, Lynze, Michelle and Jaelynn were all very kind to me during my process today. I witnessed many client interactions during my appointment with Lynze. Michelle and Jaelynn worked very close by during my appointment. Their demeanour was professional and attentive. My entire experience at Bombshell was incredible and very much needed. Such a great team of women working so very hard to boost one another. Wonderful experience - thanks ladies ♥️

This salon is not just a beautiful salon, it’s by far one of the cleanest, wonderfully set up salons I’ve been too.All the employees are absolutely wonderful and fun loving.Lynze has been my stylist for almost 10 years and she’s by far the top colourist, hair stylist I’ve had. Shes not only a wonderful person, she’s a perfectionist when it comes to anything she does. Goes above and beyond for her clientele. She understands every type of hair texture, colour, colour correction.If you’re looking for a new stylist and a professional and friendly location. You have to try this salon out. One of the best stylists ask for is Lynze.

I just received my first massage ever, and it was done by steph! I went in nervous because I’ve never had a massage before but after my initial 2 minute chat with her before getting started I knew it would be amazing. She’s so kind and personable and I left feeling like I was on cloud 9. I work in childcare so my body aches often, steph went IN on my problem areas and I’ve never felt better. 10/10 recommend.

Had more of a V cut coming in and wanted to straighten it out and try more of a straight cut with some long layers. Before and after photos included. Didn’t see the back of my hair before I left because they never gave me a mirror and it looked fine when I brought my hair to the front or looked from the side. I’m not really that picky and have never hated a haircut before but the layers look like a literal stair step…..choppy, uneven and not blended at all unfortunately. Definitely don’t recommend and won’t be coming back.

I go to Bombshell specifically to see Kasey. She does my hair, as well as my husband and children. She is a good communicator and is also very accommodating for anyone with different needs (e.g. I have autism, my son is neurodivergent as well). She also does gender affirming cuts in a safe and private space. I appreciate that she has her own quiet room for people who don't love noise or being in public.

I have been seeing Kasey for cuts + colours (and some self cut bang corrections) for over two years. Kasey is able to take your "vision" and figure out how to make it look fantastic on you. She explains each detail, and really cares for your hair - I wanted to go from a dark brown to blonde and she did it over 2-3 visits and it looking stunning the whole time. 15/10 recommend Kasey.
