My daughter got her hair done here and we are so beyond happy with the results. If you need anything, maintenance, braids, extensions, dreads.... They are great and so available always and will squeeze you in always!!! We will be going back ❤️❤️

The salon is horrible! Do NOT recommend. Got my hair braided, in simple cornrows (that weren’t even straight). The lady kept going on about how hard it is to do natural hair and how much work it is. Like if you can only do relaxed hair just say that, and maybe don’t have a chair in a salon? Because not EVERYONE is going to come to you with bone straight hair, duh?!

Purchased two bonnets, last Saturday. I tried to return them a week later, unopened but was advised they only allow a store credit. The bonnets are poor quality so I’m forced to purchase other items I do not need or another poor quality bonnet. Unscrupulous business practices, I will not shop here again.

I ordered from this store and 7 items were missing from my order. I have called, email multiple times and no one is helping me. I'm going to make a tik tok video about this store stealing my money. Update: I was contacted by the store and they apologized and sent me the remainder of my missing items and also offered a discount to future purchases. Thank you so much for correcting the situation in a timely fashion.

The staff are absolutely lovely people, including the lady, Maria (I think) who installed my straight loc extensions earlier this year. 2 visits and hundreds of dollars and my locs looked great for a few weeks til the extensions started slipping, meaning a maintenance appointment, and another couple hundred bucks was necessary after only 2 months. I didn't realize til a few months into my loc journey that the reason my locs were slipping, and why they were all bumpy and nasty looking is because the tech actually just braided my hair into the extension, then lightly locced the bottom strands together to keep them from unraveling. As they slipped the bumps formed. Nothing I can do to save them, my choice is to live with it or start over. And who has another grand to spend on hair that was supposed to last a lifetime, twice in 8 months?! I hope my experience was a fluke and nobody else has the same problem. Frustrating to say the least, especially because they're all so lovely and that makes it hard to complain, and because nothing can be done to fix it now ?

I’ve purchased a wig from here I really like their wigs because the quality is good and the price point is fair too. I’ve recently gotten some tape ins installed here which they did an excellent job. Plus it was frustrating that other places I contacted said they install tape ins but only if I purchased the hair they purchased from their supplier. Which is frustrating because this is my first time with tape in’s and I spent a few hundred dollars ordering some online that were made custom. I was frustrated that other businesses weren’t taking my dilemma into consideration just so they could money grab off their customers. I was relieved to find Braids and Wigs. This is a good place to go. I will go back again.

As an early 30ies woman with breast cancer I visited this store while struggling with my imminent hair loss. I was welcomed warmly and treated with kindness and compassion. The women working here where so fun and encouraging and told me I would love my wig journey. They helped me find a simple wig I felt represented me and would be easy to wear even on hard days. They helped me pick out a soft sleeping cap as well! The prices are great, and the service was fantastic, I would highly recommend this shop to any woman with cancer or hair loss struggles!

Love the store! My only issue was any wig I requested, they only had the display wig and if I wanted it, the discount was only 5%! Even though it had been handled and tried on by many people. If you do not have the wig in stalk, it seems only fair to remove the display wig or at least sell at a fair discounted price (15%)
