I recently had the pleasure of working with Brookstone Windows and Doors, and I cannot recommend them highly enough! From start to finish, the experience was seamless and professional.
Shout out to Shingai, who was fantastic during the initial appointment. He took the time to understand my needs and provided expert advice on the best options for my home. His knowledge and friendly demeanor made the decision-making process easy and enjoyable.
The installation team, Dany and Ifrey, were absolutely awesome! They arrived on time, were incredibly efficient, and paid great attention to detail throughout the installation process. It was clear that they take pride in their work, and they made sure to leave my home clean and tidy when they finished.

Finding the perfect combination of expert advice, attention to detail, practical expertise and exceptional follow-up is rare in today's world and if you desire these things, you will get all of them from Brookstone Windows & Doors - I did! I engaged Brookstone Windows & Doors on two separate occasions this year and I am absolutely delighted with the products, recommendations, service and advice that I received from their entire team. Their sales representative, Harman, had fresh ideas for me that I had implemented with stunning results. Harman saved me almost $2,000.00 with his alternative recommendations! When Mike showed up to complete the 2nd measurements, his pleasant demeanor and obvious knowledge & experience were another breath of fresh air. The Brookstone Windows and Doors install team - Danny & Ifri, worked quickly and effectively and they took the extra time to ensure my home was kept clean and protected. These guys know what they are doing! Of course, a team is only as good as their leader and Brookstone Windows & Doors has one of the best. Kim was constantly in contact with me and she proactively provided clear direction regarding the "next steps" throughout the entire sales & service process. On the day of install, one by one, all of the team members that served me showed up to see the final install results and to express their appreciation and gratification for my business. Unbelievable and mind-blowing - all of it! I even had a handful of my neighbours came over at separate times after the install to compliment me on the finished results. The price is competitive and the products, product guarantee and service are all over-the-top with Brookstone Windows and Doors!!!

Initial consultation seemed like it went well. Mr. Monk offered us plenty of discounts as we paid in full. He even threw a vacation voucher in to sweeten the deal even though it sounds too good to be true and I'll be investigating it. Third party websites state it's really not a deal at all. I was told the trim would be painted a "brilliant white" only to find they were just primed which Kevin did rectify (great guy). The installation was kind of rocky. Took a month longer than anticipated to get the windows and it took 3 times for them to come out and get everything sorted. The initial installers got paint on my floor, my couch which was 3 feet away, and left a small hole in my basement door and wall. They left lots of debris on the ground in my backyard that I ended up cleaning as I have an elderly dog. One window wouldn't lock and the seal on one window was already broken which they did fix but now I question the quality I paid for. The customer service team was very nice and timely and did act promptly in all manners. I don't know, my wife and myself feel like with the money we paid we didn't quite get what we were hoping. I had to miss 4 days of work on top of it all (2 for installation, 1 for reassess, 1 for touch up). Overall quite a mix bag of it all. Glad it's over and hopefully they last. I hate being negative towards a business but this is our truthful experience.

We had 3 windows and our front and back door replaced. They arrived on time, worked until they were finished, price was right and the look is great!
