I have been a long time customer for bugstop and have serviced our 3 vehicles regularly. I never had to take my vehicle back to fix again. It’s done perfectly and properly every time. Bryan and Brendan are very honest and upfront always and they do a great work all the time. I have recommended them to a whole bunch of my coworkers at the University.

We take our GTI here to avoid the dealership. These guys know their stuff. They are re good to point out potential problems but not feel pressured. Highly recommend for VW owners.

I needed a DMF installed in my golf tdi, I called 3 different shops and ended up going with Bugstop . Made an appointment with them, we went over everything on the phone and I dropped the car off before work. They gave me a call when the work was done and they were happy to answer any questions I had. Great service, and great pricing. Highly recommend.

Had a check engine light on in my 2013 Jetta TDI. I was told by other shops that it needed a wiring harness. I called these guys to get a quote and they told me they don't normally replace harnesses unless it's absolutely necessary. They traced the problem and found it to be a faulty glow plug.
Problem solved...no more check engine light on and it was a third of the expected cost I was about to spend.
Had the check engine light come on...I happened to be in the area...they checked it right away and said it was an O2 sensor...they cleared the code and said if it comes back on they will order the sensor and install...no charge for the code clear.
Since then I have been taking my car here for services and always will.
Highly recommend this place!!

I took my Audi here for some minor engine related maintenance items - cam follower replacement, air & fuel filter replacement. The quality of service, attentiveness and pricing are outstanding. The team at Bug Stop are VW & Audi subject matter experts - highly recommended.
