Worst Canada post ever. Last year I went to ship my stuff and showed barcode from Amazon for shipping and they had trouble to scan it (spent over half hour on trying to scan code) and asked me to pay$2 so they can print the delivery sheet for the package. Today I went again. I didn’t wrap the package and they asked me to pay$4 to buy a new tape so I can wrap. I mean you are a delivery company and how can you provide such a poor customer service????

The clerk is behaves badly towards immigrants. She behaves very kind to the people in front of me. But when I stepped in she asked me that it needs packaging. I understood and brought my own packaging. Then I asked tape, that I thought it was normal thing to have at a courier place. But she asked me to buy tape, I told could you make it work. She had a way to make it work but she doesn’t have to be mean and rude about it. I don’t drop packages everyday how each place. The clerk needs to be replaced because prejudice is not the right way to have in your heart.

She is the best for post service. I’m a new comer to Canada and It was my first time that I went to the post office, she have good behaviour and helped me to post my document, she treated me well.
I appreciate her.

The lady's service was the worst. Since I never know what paperwork goes inside the box, I didn't tape it. Although She assisted another customer in taping up the package, she demanded that I go back and do it myself. It's quite rude. Would even given 0 star

I have never had any issues using this post office. Service has always been professional, courteous, and quick . I recently had to mail some time sensitive, important documents and they arrived at their destination ahead of schedule. The service clerk was informative, let me know exactly what to expect and provided me with the tracking information . Couldn't ask for better service .

I usually drop off my Poshmark packages here as it’s close to home, but recent month out of 5 packages, one got lost, one didn’t get scanned after 24 hrs I dropped them. Make sure you get a receipt after dropping off packages in this locations.

This office used to have kind courteous and patient staff - one elegant lady and her daughter in particular are amazing. Their new staff member is ill mannered, rude and claims that they can only ship packages by priority express now. Refuses to tell people the cost before ringing up packages and refuses to give customers their packages - even when they have a notice. Apparently given that my name is "Sonya" but not "Sonia as she knows it" means I have to come back another day - even though I presented ID and the notice card. When I asked when the other lady will be in she signed and began texting?!?! Will not be returning to this depot again.

Ill mannered staff. Extremely unprofessional. The lady could be the reason for multiple people going back with worst experience.Dec, 4th 2023 at 7:10 when I visited the store.It was a new lowest of customer service experience.

The lady told me I needed an extra stamp on my letter and asked me if I brought my own stamps… I said no and she audibly sighed and then rolled her eyes like she was annoyed and brought out stamps which I was fine to pay for.. the post office sells stamps for a reason so I don’t understand what the problem was.
