“Wow, I honestly can so only good things about Standard Auto Glass on York St. This is the second time going to them for a Windshield replacement, and they only got better in customer service. Michelle (I believe that’s her name) who is the front receptionist setup everything and even got me a Checker limo to get home and an Uber to come pick up my car! They said the window would take about 3-4 hours, they didn’t in 2ish hours, when I got in my car they vacuumed the front and wiped it down. It gets better though, I have a front dash camera and an infotainment gps that was attached on the front windshield glass, they re-added some double sided tape to both so I can reposition them as I please.
Michelle was able to do everting when it comes to documents/insurance claim. I only ended up paying $200 out of pocket since I have a $300 deductible and they discounted the price by $100 which is honestly better than paying $800ish before taxes.
I will definitely be going back to them again if I have issues with any cracks or glass breaks.”

Don Mor was the exception, they were exceptional starting with the receptionist greeting to Cheryl providing interim support and information until Alex could arrive for the estimate. They provided excellent detailed information how the whole process from preparing estimates, to communications with the insurance company, to all the steps in the repair process. I was very impressed by the regular text/email updates I received to keep me informed as the repair stages progressed. In the end, the area I feared the most did not materialize.
