“I came in with a small windshield chip for repair and the front desk straight away sent out a technician to take a peek. Although he had a shop full of other vehicles, he took the time to bring my car in (out of the snow so the window could dry) to inspect it. He then brought me over to show me that my chip was not significant enough to repair but advised me to watch it and come in again if it became a problem. He was honest and saved me time and money!
