“First time customer, definitely going back as required. Heater had stopped working well, they provided me with an 'quick' and 'full fix' option - if quick didn't work we'd move on to full. 'Quick' worked and I was provided a quote on the full fix should things change. I really appreciated that when the issue was being explained he presented the details in a manner I understood and could make an informed decision on moving forward.”

“I brought my Toyota Matrix to Tommy’s Exhaust for a muffler and pipe repair, and I’m extremely impressed with the quality of their work. They didn’t do a quick patch — they properly replaced the muffler and pipes with clean welding and perfect alignment. The job looks factory quality.
The price was very fair at $350 for the amount of work they did. You can tell they take pride in doing things the right way, not the cheap way.
My car is now quiet, solid, and I feel confident this repair will last for many years. Honest, professional, and skilled work like this is hard to find.
I highly recommend Tommy’s Exhaust and will definitely be coming back.”
“I took my car here for a couple of years between 2023-2025 and always received great service. They are knowledgeable, have very reasonable pricing, and they always explain what they are doing and give you a cost breakdown when they quote and on the invoice. They did a fair bit of maintenance on my older car including tire and oil changes, replacing a few rusty parts, etc and I was always happy with it. Usually pretty quick too.”
“Called this morning because I needed front brakes. This is the only day that was convenient for me to get it done. They quoted me a great price, told me I could bring my car in right away. Didn't call me once to try and upsell anything. To top things off, they had it done almost 2 hours earlier than when they said they would have it done by. In the end, what i got charged was exactly what they quoted me on the phone. I will be going here from now on.”

“With nail in a tire and almost flat on the left rear I rolled into the parking lot without calling first. While they were busy, they had me fixed up and on my way after a short sit in their waiting area. I was able to get on with my day.
This time the horn failed on our mid life Ford Focus. Fountain time got me in fast and replaced the horn equipment quickly. They are great.”
“My Subaru needed a trans fluid change. When I took the vehicle to the Subaru dealer, they could not get the fill plug out of the transmission and suggested I didn't really need a fluid change. Murray's were great. The fluid was changed and hopefully my transmission will have many more miles to go before needing service. I pays to go to the experts at Murray's.”
“Got my car in a little fender bender, and ACX restored it to brand new condition. It genuinely looks as good as the day I picked it up from the dealership.
Repair took a long time but I’ll chalk that up to the fact that I drive an uncommon trim of a relatively uncommon car. Megan was amazing to deal with on the phone and answered all of my detailed (and likely annoying) questions.
Pickup was super quick and my car was ready to go right out front.
I’ll be sure to recommend this body shop to anyone who asks.”
“Best shop in London! Could not recommend them enough. I was told that I needed all new brakes and rotors by two other local shops. I brought it into Hartman's and they advised me that that was not in fact the case and that I had 6 months left in the pads and the rotors were fine. They are very honest and I will not take my vehicle to anyone else.”
