They had it diagnosed in 45 minutes and on the second visit had the problem repaired in another 2 hours! “This morning, early, I had to take my car in for an oil change. I had said I would wait there for it. I couldn't leave Jerry alone at home, so I brought him with me. While waiting, Jerry suggested we 'WALKING' over to a diner about 1/4 miles +/- away. I firmly said no. The owner of RICKY RACHETS HERE IN LONDON, AN AUTO REPAIR SHOP, overheard us and suggested getting a driver to drive us to the diner. Great! While in the diner, the serviceman for RICKY RACHETS came to our table with the machine, bill, and the keys to my car. The car was done, and to save us from getting into and out of the service vehicle, RICKY RACHETS thought it better for them to come to us. They parked my car right out in front of the diner and ready for us to just drive home. Now, that is service! The olf kind! A thoughtful, kind man, RICKY RACHET IS! THANK YOU AND GOD BLESS! “Great service! I went once for gas and I was delighted to have someone come pump for me (and it wasn't more expensive for the service). Now I just went because I thought I overfilled my oil. They got me in right away, checked my oil, identified where the small leak was, gave advice, and let me know I hadn't overfilled it and was good to go. They didn't charge for their time taking a look at it. They were professional, quick, and knowledgeable. I felt respected and comfortable that they weren't going to try to find money-making opportunities and charge for unnecessary things. They were clearly busy but took the time for me.
